Most Obvious Quality: I’m Extra

I’m easily excited and I can be loud sometimes. I get really into TV shows and jump off the couch sometimes. I have a hard time with injustices. I have a hard time trusting others. If you had a bad day, I’m the person who says “Fuck them! You’re right! This is bullshit!” – not the one who gives you Chamomile Tea. I believe in the grey area. For instance, I reluctantly consider myself a workaholic. I fit the definition in regards to being compelled to work 24/7. However, it’s driven by passion and excitement for growing as a person and growing my business. Thus.. it really isn’t workaholicism because I’m helping people — grey area? Maybe this is something I tell myself to justify my own bullshit? Bueller?

Scariest Thing I’ve Ever Done?

Being Self Employeed without Savings or a Safety Net. I own an Acupuncture clinic, and I have been self employeed since 2013, and it’s been the most intense thing I have ever done in my life. It’s also been the most rewarding. Talk about a rollercoaster! I have never grown as much as I have while building my business.

Favorite Quality about Myself?

I’m real AF. I make it a priority to walk my talk and lead by example. I believe in integrity. Today, I am definitely health focused in my life. I take good care of myself, eat clean, and live a very healthy lifestyle. However, I used to smoke, drink, and live off Taco Bell, so I understand both sides of the situation. No shame in my game. I am a lifelong cat person.

Why Should You Follow This Blog?

  1. I am really fucking living this shit. I am really trying “all the things” to live a healthy, happy life. I am really doing the yoga, really taking the supplements, really doing the exercise, really quitting the shit, really doing the fucking work. And honesty is refreshing.

  2. Personal Growth. Value in some minute but helpful way, or maybe in a huge way? I’m sharing what works for me, what doesn’t work for me, and what I’m learning along the way. Maybe it helps you stay focused too? Maybe you get ideas to improve your lifestyle?

  3. Birds Eye View . If I keep it in my personal journal, it doesn’t benefit anyone. The things I’m working on are pretty universal – we all want to feel better and wake up feeling happy.
